Winter has graced us with her presence! Fall has quickly turned into winter, like with a blink of an eye. Those wonderful fall photos are coming to end and the snow has embellished our green grass with a glistening glow. Not to mention our front doors are overcrowded with winter boots, hats, and mits. Some people really hate the winter and all of the snow we receive, but others really love it.
If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know I’m pretty excited about the snow. I love the sound of it crackling under my boots and the fact that I can wear big fuzzy socks and oversized sweaters all winter long! Brooke on the other hand really isn’t too sure of it yet. We took her outside yesterday to play in the snow for the first time and her first experience with this white fluffy stuff ended up in a face plant. Yes, I totally got a picture just before it all went down. By down I mean literally. The poor muffin would only walk in the snow if someone had a hold of her hand.
We didn’t stay out for too long because mainly Brooke was just not having it, and honestly I don’t blame her. Maybe later today we can try again, hopefully she starts to enjoy playing in the snow or it’s going to be a long winter.
